Tänzer is awarded a Foal Premium by the Oldenburg Verband! |
Tänzer is Prada's second foal and what a stunner with very long legs! His full name is Larkshill Boogie Woogie Tänzer!! Apparently he spends so much time dancing around the field on his long legs, so Boogie Woggie is obvious and Tänzer which is the German for Dancer - how wonderful!! I am thrilled and so pleased Prada & Tänzer are in such a loving home. I look forward to watching Tänzer grow up with Daisy !

Benetton Dream was the 3 year old Stallion Bundeschampion in 2007, with the highest marks in all 4 rounds.
His scores were amazing... and his walk unsurpassed, scoring the maximum of 10!!

He went on to win his 30 days test at Schlieckau with high scores again in his basic gaits and a 9.5 by both test riders for his rideability.
Earlier, in August, he was Champion Hanoverian of the 3 y.o. stallions at the World Championships for Young horses in Verden with the highest score of 9.0. |
So already this accomplished young stallion has made great impressions.
Another great impression is his super pedigree. Benetton Dream his sire is Hanoverian Champion stallion Brentano II bringing in the valuable Bolero blood, combined with the exceptional stallions Rubinstein & Donnerhall.
He is Rötkappchen's first foal, Grand dam Dornröschen produced the highly successful French owned Daimler who qualified for the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Verden & who was Vice Champion 5 yr old in France. Great Grand Dam St Pr Windrose is one of the highest awarded Weltmeyer daughters in Germany. She was European Vice Champion in Brussels & won team Gold Medal. Her daughters have bred Champion mares & foals & includes Winterprinz, an approved stallion now in the USA who has 3 times been awarded "Horse of the Year" & competes at Inter I.
Dam - Pinakothek
Bred at the legendary German Stud Klosterhof Medingen this mare has it all.
Breathtaking movement, the sweetest of temperaments and amazing looks - this mare is sensational! Pinakothek has star quality and great athleticism. She has three excellent paces. She was graded in Germany and exceptional marks. Pinakothek's first foal Larkshill Picasso was an absolute charmer and sold with days of him being born!
Her sire Donauwalzer was awarded a Premium in Neumünster at his grading in 1997 and is one of the most impressive sons of Elite Stallion Sixtus. This noble stallion is very athletic and shows the most powerful and elastic trot, a wonderful walk and an uphill canter. Donauwalzer is the product of an outstanding line breeding to Ibikus and to Habicht, two of the most successful sires for breeding and competition for the last 50 years. Donauwalzer's sire EH Sixtus was "stallion of the year" in Neumünster. Sixtus was an international show jumper before he was retired at stud and has become one of the world's most popular Trakehner stallions.
Dam sire Kennedy was champion in NMS in 1991 and considered one of the best Trakehner stallions born after World war II. He died very young, but left a number of highly successful dressage horses and especially valuable brood mares. His most famous daughter is the elite mare Insterfee, who produced the champion stallion In Flagranti, the approved In Petto, and the three State and Verband premium mares In Farbe, In Vita and In Zukunft.
